Professional Bio
Frank is the Deputy Chief Credit Officer and Senior Vice President of Mission Valley Bank (MVB), a $600MM Community Bank headquartered in Burbank, California which serves a diverse business clientele throughout southern California. He is also a Board member and serves on the Finance committee of the Western Los Angeles County Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
In Frank’s capacity at MVB he is responsible for the bank’s Special Assets Department and also oversees the Bank’s most complex participation credits. Frank began at MVB in 2020 and started up the Bank’s Special Assets Department in 2023.
Frank began his banking career with Security Pacific Bank (SPNB) and then Bank of America (BofA) when SPNB was acquired. While with BofA and predecessors, he served in numerous credit admin and line of business management roles, both domestically and internationally.
Frank is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara, has attended the UCLA Executive Management program, and is a graduate of the Stonier School of Banking.
