In today’s industry, there is little room for inefficiencies but there is plenty of room for improvement—and this is no different with our boards of directors and management. At the 2025 Directors Roundtable, held at the picturesque Lodge at Torrey Pines, we’ll take a close look at what effective board leadership looks like amid the challenges of today’s environment and also focus on critical topics facing Boards. With the help of our seasoned panelists—including exceptional chairmen, CEOs, directors, and subject matter experts—we’ll hear first-hand about their experiences and opportunities.

As in the past, it will be an open forum with emphasis on relevant hot topics and trends, including the expectation of a more favorable regulatory environment, pent up deal demand, stronger equity valuations and stable debt markets are likely to drive significantly higher M&A and capital markets activity.  We will also look at potential challenges to community banks including the continued need for scale to increase efficiency and stay ahead of the technology curve through the use of digital banking and the opportunities faster & instant payments offer community banks .

AUDIENCE: Bank Directors, CEOs, and Senior Managers who work with the Board.
