In today’s industry, there is little room for inefficiencies but there is plenty of room for improvement and this is no different with our boards of directors and management. At the 2025 Directors Roundtable, we’ll take a close look at what effective board leadership looks like with all the challenges of today’s environment and also focus on critical topics that are facing Boards. With the help of our seasoned panelists that include exceptional chairmen, CEOs, directors and subject matter experts, we’ll hear first-hand about their experiences and opportunities.
AGENDA
Join us the evening of June 9 for a networking reception starting at 6:00 on the Arroyo Terrace offering breathtaking views of the 18th green of the U.S. Open South Torrey Pines Golf Course and Pacific Coastline. Our formal program on June 10 will begin with breakfast at 8:00 and conclude at 4:00.
As in the past, it will be an open forum with emphasis on relevant hot topics and trends, including liquidity and deposit trends, M&A, the regulatory landscape, new technologies, AI, and other strategic planning topics where bank management and the board of directors are involved. Each session will include banker & industry expert-led presentations and table discussions where attendees can share ideas to take back to their boardroom.
